Oujisama (Warai) Series Official Fan Book, miko Artbook TOIRO×Stripes!

I don’t know when I can get to my next review, and didn’t want my last game review to remain on top so I made this post lol. Also, it’s been a while since I posted about fanbooks and/or artbooks. AND today happens to be Ishida’s birthday so I wanted to listen to something with him too~ So I’ll just introduce briefly the contents of the Oujisama (Warai) Series Official Fan Book (yes in case you haven’t heard, it got one) and the drama CD which accompanies it. After that I’ll show the contents of miko’s gorgeous artbook, TOIROxStripes! \o/ I don’t think her illustrations give away game spoilers, but if you’d like to stay on the safe side then don’t look past this line I guess.

Shinigami to Shoujo Official Picture Book

My most recent buy Shinigami to Shoujo Official Picture Book, had me in an extremely excited mood when it arrived. Going through it made me want to replay the game. Since I also have past Dengeki Girl’s Style issues which featured Shinigami to Shoujo, I’m also going to compare that content with this so that you all will know what you can expect. Lots of photos underneath and huge spoilers for Shinigami to Shoujo. I’ve only posted a non-spoiler review for the game so don’t be surprised if I ramble away in this spoiler post.

Amnesia Later & Clock Zero VFB

Another recent buy is the Amnesia Later Visual Fanbook, and Clock Zero Visual Fanbook. The Amnesia Later VFB came with the Snow White Ukyou print (lol). The Clock Zero portrait DOES NOT come with the VFB. It came when I bought the game and I’m using it as a marker in the photos. Lots of photos underneath and potential spoilers for Amnesia (Later) and Clock Zero.

Amnesia VFB and others

This arrived way faster than expected. I’ll try to avoid turning into a jumble of fangirling, and show the contents of the Amnesia Visual Fanbook, as well as the Clock Zero PSP, Okashi na Shima no Peter Pan Limited/Deluxe Editions. In that way you can know what to expect if you’re interested in getting them. Lots of photos underneath and potential spoilers for Amnesia.

Kimi to Boku – After School- Fanbook

Along with the release of the manga’s volume 10 last month, the official fanbook was also released for Kimi to Boku (Hotta Kiichi).

It’s about A5 in size and 130~ pages in all. The lovely part is that there are 60~ pages of colour illustrations inside this, coupled with character profiles, chapter event summaries, interview with Hotta Kiichi, short comics, drama CD scripts, sketches and notes by fellow mangaka.

The colour illustrations are all of the watercolour variant and are really delightful to flip through! Probably almost every other illustration that existed is included with so many pages. Even if you don’t understand Japanese, at least you can fully appreciate this 40-50% of the fanbook.
