Okashi na Shima no Peter Pan Concluding Thoughts & Drama CD

Ending off my Okashi na Shima no Peter Pan journey are my concluding thoughts for the game as a whole, as well as a brief description of the pre-order and deluxe edition drama CDs. This is so that people can get a better idea of what to expect for the drama CDs too if you are interested in buying. I’ll try to keep the spoilers to the minimum so that this can act as a non-spoiler review too.

Okashi na Shima no Peter Pan: Truth route

The truth route reveals every other possible spoiler you could think of – from Peter’s background to the backstory of the eternal world to Wendy’s complex. Therefore, it is HIGHLY recommended that you read all the other character reviews before this as it may very well spoil your enjoyment of those if you read this first. Even if you don’t mind, at least read Peter’s review because it overlaps heavily with this but there are also small differences which may turn out confusing at first! This also branches out to a friendship end with Tinker. The rest of the post is SPOILERS!! Do read the Prologue first.

Okashi na Shima no Peter Pan: Peter’s route

Did this CG catch your attention? 8DD Finally we have Peter (CV: Ishida Akira), the self-centric boy who dragged the three Darling siblings to Neverland as he always wants to have his way. The child of Neverland is loved by everyone on the island (with certain exceptions) and always speaks the truth. Since the start he’s in love with Wendy, and he always wants to play with her. On the other hand, Wendy feels a need to educate his willful nature properly though she finds herself being influenced by him instead as the route progresses. The rest of the post is spoilers. Do read the Prologue first.

SPOILERS AHEAD

Okashi na Shima no Peter Pan: Scissor’s route

It’s now Scissor (CV: Miki Shinichirou), the navy captain from Okashi na Shima no Peter Pan (PSP) with a penchant for destruction. He’s constantly after pirates, including Hook, though Wendy notes that the way he laughs when things blow up makes him appear like the villian. He has a pet crocodile too and due to his surprisingly childish nature, biscuits are like his reward for working. Wendy can’t help but want to “correct” his flawed character at first, but gradually both of them start feeling something more for each other. The rest of the post is spoilers. Do read the Prologue first.

SPOILERS AHEAD

Okashi na Shima no Peter Pan: Michael’s route

It’s back to Michael (CV: Tachibana Shinnosuke), the other step-brother of Wendy in Okashi na Shima no Peter Pan (PSP). Michael is the complete opposite of his two siblings – he enjoys meeting new people and sights, to the point where sometimes he is too unaware of possible dangers. But on the whole, thanks to his positive and social nature, he gets easily acquainted with the island. Michael openly displays his affection for Wendy, through what he calls “family skin-ship”. Wendy’s stubborn nature is slowly affected by her brother. The rest of the post is spoilers. Do read the Prologue first.

SPOILERS AHEAD

Okashi na Shima no Peter Pan: Hook’s route

Now we have Hook (CV: Okiayu Ryoutarou) in Okashi na Shima no Peter Pan (PSP). He hates Peter Pan, though in this case it’s ‘cos Peter’s the cause of his lost hand. Though he shows no hesitation in killing of people, he treats his pirate crew well as he thinks of them as his family. He’s terrified of Scissor’s pet crocodile, him and his pet parrot would often go into panic when it’s near. Also, Hook loves chocolate with a passion. He finds Wendy’s stubborn and strong front against him interesting, and starts taking notice of her. The rest of the post is spoilers. Do read the Prologue first.

SPOILERS AHEAD

Okashi na Shima no Peter Pan: John’s route

Next up in Okashi na Shima no Peter Pan (PSP) is one of Wendy’s step-brother, John (CV: Yusa Kouji). John is serious, good at studying, but stubborn and his brain tends to freeze when things get too overwhelming for him – so much that both Wendy and Michael start thinking of him like machine breaking down lol. John respects his sister a lot and also refuses to eat sweets. Both he and Wendy actually have a few common personality traits and past they can’t let go of. However, both of them change as they are in Neverland, and the rest of the post is spoilers. Do read the Prologue first.
